How long does my order take to ship?

As our pieces are handmade in small batches, processing times may vary. For pre-order items, the estimated making and dispatch timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page.

Once your order has been dispatched with Australia Post, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email.

Please note that delivery times after dispatch are controlled by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this stage, Made By Maddi ships within Australia only.

What is your return policy?

Returns & Exchanges
As each Made by Maddi piece is handmade in small, limited runs, I’m unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please take the time to check the size guide and individual garment measurements before placing your order to make sure you choose the best fit. If you’re unsure about sizing, you’re always welcome to contact me before ordering and I’ll be happy to help.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if your item is faulty or does not meet consumer guarantees.
